Andromeda Galaxy - 2023 Nov
This was one of the First Images I ever took for astrophotography. Using a Canon 1D X and a 300mm lens, I took 0.2 second exposures as I had no tracking. Every 20 minutes, I would recenter the image to roughly the center, thus a simple version of tracking. I am not overly proud of the result now, but I think it is a good start.
Stacking was done with DeepSkyStacker and processed with Siril. There is a lot I learned since about streaching and preserving the star color rather than just messing around with the values until it produces an image that shows the galaxy in some detail.
